At Superdog, we are committed to delivering products in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours from our warehouse. Additionally, for all subsequent purchases, we offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value.

• Rest of India: 5-6 business days

Order Cancellations and Refunds

In the event that your order is canceled, lost, or cannot be delivered to your specified location, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.

If only part of the order is canceled, the refund will be processed for the canceled items only, and shipping charges will not be refunded.
